Since the Super Bowl is only about a week away, I thought I would show you the number one rated Super Bowl ad on You Tube.


 

Why it's good

As previously discussed, emotion is one of the strongest sales tools an advertiser can use. When you toss in a cute puppy with a well written story you have a good shot at being successful.

Notice that you didn't see one bottle or can of Bud, just their logo at the end of the spot along with their signature Clydesdale horses. This commercial was all about branding. The goal was for you to associate an endearing story with their product.

Was it Successful?

You bet it was. Thus far there have been over four million views on You Tube. That's great stretching of your marketing dollars.
