Every year, colleges and universities flood high school juniors with viewbooks. Viterbo, a private university in Lacrosse, Wis., asked us to pump up the excitement level of its viewbook to help it stand out from the crowd. We determined the best way to reach these Gen-Zers was to speak their language.
